Yoga Nidra + journaling

This audio practice combines Yoga Nidra, reflection, and journaling for a truly introspective experience. Focus on body and breath awareness during a 45 minute Yoga Nidra practice (also called “yogic sleep”) designed to relax and restore the mind and body through an exploration of the koshas. Next, continue the journey of self-discovery and present moment awareness through a 15 minute reflective journaling practice designed to help you look inwards and engage in powerful self-inquiry. An opportunity to focus on truly being here now.

All levels are welcome.

mindful movement + breathwork

This practice blends mindful movement and breathwork for an experience that strengthens the mind-body connection and grounds you in the present moment. Build resilience and nurture your nervous system with slow, meditative movements that restore balance in your mind and body. Rooted in hatha yoga, this class is designed to energize, uplift, and relax. An opportunity to slow down and breathe, and move with intention.
