As a Highly Sensitive Person, I can tell you that I’ve experienced all of this — and more — in my own personal journey. There’s truly never a “finish line” to the challenges we’ll inevitably face in this life, but I do believe that we can learn to adapt and build resilience along the way. That’s how we realize our inner strength and uncover our most authentic, aligned selves, even within the ebbs and flows that life may bring.

Whatever it is you’re looking for, you already have all the answers within you. And all it takes is small, consistent changes to bring you closer to where you’d like to be. It starts with meeting yourself where you are.


You’re on a unique journey, and I’m here to support you wherever you are.

Using the tools and practices of therapeutic yoga, we’ll work together to develop an individualized approach to help you nurture your mind, body, spirit, home, and sense of community.

We’ll embark upon a powerful journey of self-discovery through the physical body, energy body, breath body, emotional body, mental body, and more. 

Together, we’ll explore mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, journaling, and Yoga Nidra to help you uncover more of who you’re meant to be and help you experience more joy, peace, and presence in your daily life.

My mission is to make wellness more accessible, intuitive, and intentional — and that’s the cornerstone of this program and our work together.

It’s not about directing you to a certain path, but empowering you with tools and practices that best align with you and where you are in your unique journey. I am merely a guide to hold space for you, share tools that allow you to deepen your present moment awareness, and support you along the way.
