PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
One-on-one yoga sessions are uniquely designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey. Focused on your goals as well as nurturing your mind, body, and spirit, these sessions enable you to strengthen your mind-body connection and explore your sense of self. Ranging from gentle chair yoga to energetic, alignment-based vinyasa, one-on-one sessions are customized for any level to empower, center, and strengthen.
YOGA FOR THE COMMUNITY @ bloc
FRIDAYS | 7:30 A.M.
Hosted in partnership with bloc, Yoga for the Community is a weekly vinyasa yoga class focused on strength, alignment, and empowerment that enables you to give back on the mat. Flow through mindful movements and learn to develop the mind-body connection through intentional breath. Each sequence is designed to energize and inspire you to conquer any challenge.
All donations will directly benefit local nonprofits.
