private therapeutic yoga

One-on-one therapeutic yoga sessions are uniquely designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey. Focused on your goals as well as nurturing your mind, body, and spirit, these sessions enable you to strengthen your mind-body connection and explore your sense of self. Ranging from gentle chair yoga to trauma-informed hatha yoga and restorative Yoga Nidra, one-on-one therapeutic yoga sessions are customized for every individual to ground, center, and empower.

We’ll use mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, journaling, and Yoga Nidra as tools to help you deepen your self-awareness and ground in the present moment for a more holistic approach to sustainable stress management and well-being.

Private yoga sessions can be offered via Zoom or in-person for 60 or 90 minute sessions. Session packages are available, starting at $90 per session.
