Balance + Breathe
Balance + Breathe is a yoga and breathwork workshop designed for corporate individuals in the workplace. Participants will learn breathwork practices to center and relieve stress on a daily basis, as well as standing and chair yoga postures that can be used to strengthen and energize throughout the day.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Small group classes are designed to energize + center individuals through the practice of vinyasa yoga. These private classes can be tailored to focus on stress relief, strengthening, and/or relaxation. Offered as one-time, weekly, or monthly sessions, small group classes serve as a meaningful wellness practice for professionals and provide an approachable introduction to yoga + breathwork at any level.
